Students begin at White Belt and progress through each belt rank with guidance and encouragement from their instructors. Advancement is steady and age-appropriate, allowing time to build confidence, coordination, and strong fundamentals along the way.

When students reach the highest Red Belt, they move into advanced Black Belt preparation at a pace that fits their readiness, continuing toward Junior Black Belt and the GSK Legacy Black Belt.
